Steelmans UK offer a Subcontract Broaching facility with access to a stock of over 3500 broaching tools, now the largest stock within the United Kingdom. With this vast range of broaching tools and fixtures, together with 10 broaching machines, Steelmans Regrind & Subcon can undertake any broaching operation (internal or surface).

The available broaching capacity is in excess of 50 tons and over 2 meters of stroke. Broaching capabilities range from keyways smaller than 2mm up to broaches over 127mm (5”) in diameter. In addition to broaching we also offer a substantial Gear Cutting capacity with 6 gear cutting machines set up for this purpose.
